To this aim, we have established Best Practice Standards (“Standards”) which are over and above current regulatory standards in Australia. Each Member of the Forum must comply with and incorporate a statement of compliance regarding these Standards into their respective product disclosure statements. The Standards cover disclosure, risk warnings and ongoing education.
